STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

1. Price:  Prices quoted are FOB Singapore Dollars (S$) based on the quantity stated. Ex-stock items are subject to prior sales.
2. Payment: Bankdraft or T/T in advance. All the bank charges incurred to be borne by the buyer.
3. Delivery:  Local delivery can be arranged in advance. Delivery charge of S$20.00 will be added if invoice amount prior to GST is less than S$500.00
4. G.S.T.:    7% of Goods and Services Tax will be levied for export without permit.
   
5. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Singapore law.
